What documents do I need to submit?
If you would like to apply for one of our available positions, please send us your full profile with following documents:
1. Job application form (download at our website)
2. Application letter in Vietnamese
3. Application letter in English
4. Sealed CV in Vietnamese
5. CV in English
6. Copy of Academic Transcript in Vietnamese
7. Copy of Academic Transcript in English
8. Copy of University Degrees with seal
9. Copy of Birth Certificate with seal
10. Health Certificate (District Hospital Level & upward)
11. Copy of Identity Card/Residence Card
12. Pictures 4×6 (white background)
In principle, CTCI Vietnam never keeps your original certificate or degree. However, document in Vietnamese should be notarized by local authority or by the organization which issues those certificates and degrees. In case you cannot submit a full profile to CTCI Vietnam at one time, please send us your Application Letter, CV in English, Academic Transcript and University Degree first. Other required documents can be submitted during recruitment process or when you receive Job Offer Letter from CTCI Vietnam.
